We're not sure why the promoter balked, but Perry Farrell & Co. should never be denied the simple comfort that only comes from a room with an "earthy velvet/velour type atmosphere." And while we can understand the promoter's reluctance to shell out for rolling papers, doesn't Perry deserve that $50 bottle of wine? In fact, it's a good thing the band got some Red Bull, since there wasn't much left to keep spirits up. (8 pages)
